My maiden name is Syzdek
I married Alan right after college at TCU where I got a BS in Environmental Science.
Alan's first Air Force assignment was Cheyenne, WY. It was hard for me to find work there, and once our son was born, we needed flexibility to care for him. So I started as a Mary Kay Consultant over 30 years ago.
I've worked my business in Cheyenne, Lompoc, CA, Omaha, NE and the
Washington DC area. It's been truly a blessing to be able to put our family ahead of my career.
I visit Vegas often since my parents and 3 of my siblings live in town.

My junior year and that summer I worked at Woolco. I quit when school started again so I could enjoy all the Senior activities that would only come around once.
I was already in Band. I attempted Powder Puff football, and "acted" in the senior play. We put on MASH - and one memorable moment was me stubbing my bare baby toe on Scott Sherer's foot and breaking it. I got tape for it and a new pair of sandals so I could keep limping on for the performances.
We always had fun in Band - and Band is how I met my husband my first week at TCU (still fun!). And Jim Harrington's Intro to college Rhetoric wasn't exactly fun - but many memories were made and a LOT was learned.
